preparing for lent

thinking thinking thinking....how should we incorporate reflection and gratitude into the lives of our children as we approach easter. a friend and i have been putting our heads together to come up with something "good" for our dear daughters. she found a great link for the stations of the cross and going through them with children http://www.cptryon.org/prayer/child/stations/index.html . i think i am going to use them and spend a few days on each. during those few days have the supplies available for the girls to do their own art piece reflecting their thoughts on the place Jesus was in during each particular moment of His life, His death, His friends and family, and His life again as He was ordered to, picked up, and carried His cross. time will tell.
