i love our crock pot.

i never thought about this kitchen aid before children.

before two children really. since however, i use it often.

i try to make enough of whatever so we have left overs.

this lentil soup is so super easy.

it is just as simple in a pot on the stove,

but often we get home later in the evening

and i need it all ready

to just scoop into bowls.

add more veggies if you wish.

throw it all in and let it slowly cook.

eat and hopefully enjoy.
