the never ending cycle. laundry. though i don't think i'm honing any photography skills, i am enjoying seeing the things around me with a purposeful eye. laundry, for me, can be daunting, but lately it hasn't been. our drier is down and i am so thankful for the sunshine. hanging clothes on the line in the winter! that's been unheard of in my life. they would have been frozen. laundry has been the subject for me before, for sure on flickr and perhaps over here. i do have a big pile sitting on my sofa, but not on the bedroom floor, so that's a step in the right direction.

and help me get back to the basics? a couple summer ago i did that for myself, had a set number of items. i put away all the other things and after three weeks was able to go through them and decide if i wanted to bring them back or not. most of it was donated. i need to do that again for myself and the girls....i think i need help. maybe it will inspire my husband [the clothes shopper/trader/thrifter] to do the same.
