so i remember. part two.

we drove up to sisters oregon to visit friends for the holiday. they were in hawaii with family so we came a little bit early and are getting their home nice and toasty warm for their arrival tomorrow, christmas day. as the girls were heading off to bed i kissed them and wished them sweet dreams. phoenix came up to me last and as i hugged her and kissed her and wished her sweet dreams i said, "i'll see you in the morning and tomorrow will be christmas!" she replied with an "i know" and excited eyes [we call them ET eyes because they get so big]. she is big into figuring out if today is tomorrow and if tomorrow is today or yesterday ect..ect... and so i said again, "tomorrow will be christmas! we are going to celebrate jesus' birthday!" she looked at me with those ET eyes and huge grin and said, "here? tomorrow? i did not know god lived in sisters!?"
