nobody can make me feel anything. i am a sensitive spirit. i am like the kelp bed. i have a foundation, but when the sea becomes rocky i am moved. i sway. i do not disconnect, nor do i break, but i ebb & flow. the sea can threaten to overtake, but my roots cling to a solid strong infrastructure. i am supported by the bed, the community with which i am surrounded. i trust the creator of me also created the sea. i am a sensitive spirit.
