dried out after fairing through major thunderstorms in the black hills of south dakota. we excercised economics 101 wilst deciding how to spend our budgeted amount. the decision was made to camp vs. covered wagon, I do believe this choice is adding to the adventure & experience here on the prairie and our fingers are (yet again) crossed we don't blow away.

ReplyDeleteI have a strong hunch that those are cows in the background, but I'm imagining they are buffalo and your tent is a log cabin and it's 150 years ago. I like this picture.
