solstice to solstice: last week of summer / hello autumn!

phoenix began her art class which will take place every other tuesday.  it's just her & her sweet friend naia in the class with an amazing teacher.  they were looking at birds, flipping through bird book and began bird sketches. though the girls chose not to show us what they did, as they'd like to wait for the finished piece, we caught a peek (we didn't know!) at the work they were doing.

farmers market takes place year round in our area and is held somewhere most days of the week.  my favorite is the saturday market since it's small and sweet and our favorite vendors are there.  it's also easy since one or both or all of us head into town saturday mornings.  sometimes however we miss it and/or could use another stop for fresh produce which brings us back to tuesdays.  the tuesday farmers market is held closer to us than an other market.  one of our favorite vendors sells and, well, it's close and on the way home from art class.  we stopped this week on our way home.  i was surprised at the berries...  the strawberries so red ripe and delicious! the raspberries so plump and sweet!  before we know it they will be gone.  summer has swiftly slipped by and autumn is upon us.

this week look for change. be the change.  make some change. change things up.
by doing so you create perspective, inspiration, possibility and more...

change is Autumn's Solstice to Solstice word for week one.
