she always has the right words. sometimes when reading Mary Oliver's work i wonder if somehow she snuck deep into my brain, pulled back the quilt that was covering up the communications i had been digging for. words i couldn't quite string together or lacked thereof. she found and put voice to what my soul was feeling, when i read her work it resonates deeply and i find myself nodding and my heart saying, 'exactly'.
i look forward to picking up her latest A Thousand Mornings. i can't decide if i want to purchase the hardcover of kindle edition.
something about holding it in your hands, but something about having it with you wherever you go . . .

I feel exactly the same way about the words of Mary Oliver. I didn't know she had a new book coming out...it's now on the Christmas list. ;)
