t r u t h

the words this month on our chalkboard door have been surrounding 'truth'.  in lieu of the heartache, sadness, angry, grief and worry that are swirling around, i felt these ever so powerful and true words from someone who has endured tragedy, hardship (through it all able to really survive, not just keep going, but live) are appropriate words of truth for our family this week and maybe you too.

may you not be robbed of the strength you possess, but walk one foot in front of the other keeping your face, heart and mind toward the truth and strength of the light, the goodness, the love, the compassion you (and humanity) possess.
