we've been going non-stop for the past few days, but right now elli, phoenix and i are sitting at our table listening to an audio book.  they are both drawing and i've been just sitting. sitting, listening, watching, waiting.  taking the day nice and easy.  slow and steady as best we can. paying attention to the moments as they pass, living them fully and present.
