we've had some major handicrafts happening around here this week. getting somewhat into the summer camp groove. this is the first of many summers that the older two of my girls have been really enjoying these crafts. yarn sports they call them occasionally. we have lanyards, gods-eye's, + friendship bracelets all being worked on. today i did decide that projects needed to start being finished before new ones are started....in each category only of course....because i know *i* like to switch between sewing, knitting, embroidery + crocheting....so one at a time in EACH category. it's pretty fun. they were excited to stay up a little late, giggle, tell jokes, work on projects, chat + giggle a little more. loving summer craftiness.....now, off to burn some photos off this computer onto disc and hope for a faster connection.
