fun.

elli, phoenix, + i spent the majority of the day scooting around on razor scooters. phoenix simply rode on my back in the ergo...up and 'oh so fun' down hills all around camp. gave me a good sweaty workout too! fun.

ocean did NOT join in our fun since she is a camper here this week (first time EvEr as a registered camper). she is having 'the time of her life'. hanging out with good friends, making new ones, experiencing new things... i miss her. i see her and often at that, but am doing my best to leave her alone, watching from a distance, and only hoping that, on her terms, she will come over and chat with me to fill me in on all her new adventures. i love seeing her develope her independence in a new way. she is such a good friend. as a matter of fact, today one of her cabin-mates and dear friends said, "ocean is the nicest friend and i think the nicest homeschooler i have ever met. yeah, she is." how sweet is that!
