A little conversation between phoenix and i
this morning laying in bed.
Rowie = our cat coconut.
I just wanted to share a bit of her language.

She: “rowie bite'ah me”
me: “oh? when?”
She: “at'ah night'ah, in'ah mine'ah bed”
me: “in the night?”
She: “yeah. Right here”
[pointing to a little healed scratch on her leg]
me: “what did you do?”
She: “i...'momma!momma!momma!
Help'ah me!', but you no come.”
me: “oh. i'm sorry,
i guess i didn't hear you when i was sleeping.
what did you do since i didn't wake up?”
She: “i...'Dadda! Dadda! Dadda! Help'ah me!' “
me: “oh, good, you called for daddy.”
She: “but, he no come.”
me: “oh dear. Neither of us woke up to help you!
What did you do ??”
she: “rowie help'ah me.”
[beaming smile and obviously the end of the conversation.]
