i'm not a food blogger & i'm most definitely not a food photographer (as you can see by the still dirty eggs...i'm just thrilled the hens are laying again!), but i am a food eater & maker.
i know it's a good meal when in the morning the dishes left in the sink from last nights dinner churn out praise of that meal. ooh's and ahh's. though i don't have any photos or evidence of the meal, it was simple as simple could be and came from 'feeding the whole family' by cynthia lair. if you don't have the book, i found the recipe here (scroll down just a smidge) there is also a suggestion to use coconut milk instead of sour cream...i'm going to do that next time.
it's quick, easy and tasty enough that my non-tomato soup eating girl licked her bowl.
