i think the old saying is also true for popsicles freezing.

the seven minute wonder machine is testing (teaching? both.) patience.

(i never knew a mere 7 minutes + patience to go together! wait, i take that back. i remember driving up to grandma & grandpa's in northern minnesota. the 5 hour drive wasn't so bad, but the last few minutes before we'd crest over the hill and see all the lights of virginia...that was excruciating. i'd get crazy legs and feel all caught up in my body confined in the car. a mix of anticipation and crazy get me out of here. might be similar to the anticipation of a popsicle?)
