weekly snapshots!
as i started to upload the photos, the weeks started to run together.
days have been full! weeks are slipping by fast!  i've barely pulled my phone out in days and i'm realizing right now these snapshots to share next week will be less in the form of a photograph  perhaps a little more in the form of a narrative.  time will tell...


we went out to alcatraz with some besties,
made the ferry by the skin of our teeth
& basically had a perfect day.






we took the alcatraz audio tour.  (this needs a whole post of it's own...)


there was a pie eating contest. both eric & elli participated.


he loves pie. (though there was a bit of gagging involved)


she got a shaving cream pie in the face from her sister with pure delight.


there was patriotic dress. red, white & blue.
