on our walk through the woods the other day i looked up and through the trees heard, really heard, 'too much of a good thing isn't always a good thing'. we all know this to be true when it comes to things like light or darkness, honey mints or hard cider. then there are things like fresh air, intention or presence... i don't think all good things have measure. everything in moderation...even moderation (right, boots?)
