growing up in minnesota, when i think of winter i often think of white white white. i realize, even now, though i've been on the west coast for years, i still have the white winter mindset which is far from my reality. like the words on our door from yesterday, thoughts are powerful. if you haven't read 'grayson' it really is a great little book. she writes a bit about keeping her mind focused in the positive direction she wants her circumstances to go. like the basketball player who visualizes making a thousand free-throws in their mind, so when in the game, they see themselves doing it and do! this week, i'm going to be more willing and creative to see winter differently than what my mind usually assumes.
the word of focus this week is color.

here's a list of the words used thus far. if you'd like to participate, you can easily see what each prompt has been & if you'd like, my response.
winter week three: color
I'm jumping in a week late. Today, bare. Tomorrow - color. I love color. xo
